Replacement, return, and cancellation policy in the Smart Eco store

In the event that the customer receives a product different from the one he requested, he must not open the product package - you must contact us as soon as possible, the store will bear all the costs of delivering the ordered product to the customer.


The customer can exchange a product based on the following conditions:

A- The replacement request shall be made within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

B- The product must be in its original condition and has not been opened at all.

C- The customer's desired product or color is available in stock.

E- The customer shall bear the costs of shipping the product to the store and then the costs of shipping the other product from the store to the customer.


The customer can return a product based on the following conditions:

A- The return request is made within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

B- The product must be in its original condition and has not been opened at all.

C- The customer shall bear the costs of shipping the product to the store.


The customer can cancel a specific product or the entire order based on the following conditions:

A- That the cancellation request be made before the request is processed. (If your request has been processed, its status will change to Executed, then the request cannot be canceled)

The form will be reviewed by the store management within a maximum period of two working days and the customer will be answered by accepting or rejecting the request with a statement of the reason.


Procedures after accepting the exchange or refund request:

Upon acceptance of the exchange or return request, the product will then be shipped to the store, through:

- Shipping to the store address using the shipping company contracting with the store, and this depends on what the customer chose when completing the order.


Procedures after the product is returned to the store:

- In the event of a return, the amount of the product will be transferred to the customer’s bank account (and if the order contains free shipping, the shipping value will be deducted before transfer). (Click here to inquire about shipping costs)

- In case of exchange, the product or other color will be shipped to the customer (after the customer pays shipping costs).


Shipping is through Aramex, with a value of 22.5 riyals, and in specific cities with Redbox, with 12 riyals.

A shipping label is sent to the customer in the event that the store management accepts the request for exchange or return.
