What products are covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover problems that arise due to misuse or attempt to repair or tamper with the product.

How to take advantage of the warranty?
-The audit process takes a maximum of two working days.
-The customer is then responded to arrange shipment of the product if the damage to the product is covered by the warranty.
-The shipping bill is sent to the customer and the customer delivers the product to the shipping company.
-The integrity of the product is verified by the store within a maximum of two working days after the store receives the product.
-The customer is compensated by replacing the product with another identical product, and in the event that it is not available, the customer will be compensated for the full value of the product.
In the event that the damage is caused by misuse, the customer is contacted for the purpose of returning the product and the customer bears all shipping costs.
Shipping is done through Aramex for a value of 22.5 riyals and in selected cities with Redbox for 12 riyals.
The shipping bill is sent to the customer if the request is accepted.
